Resin: PVC generally uses type 8 resin, which has fast gelation speed during processing, relatively low processing temperature, stable product quality, and easy density control. In recent years, many manufacturers have changed to type 5 resin.

Stabilizer: The selection of stabilizer, taking into account environmental protection and good effect of the preferred rare earth stabilizer, but because of the relatively high price, not promoted, the future with the environmental protection requirements to increase, rare earth stabilizer market will usher in bright prospects. Calcium zinc stabilizer has zinc burning problem and stability effect is slightly poor and the amount is less. At present, the most used or lead salt stabilizer, foam board because of the mold cross-section is wide, the flow channel is long and yellow foam decomposition heat production, the stabilizer is required to have high lead content and good stability effect, otherwise the product is prone to various problems.

Blowing agent: the selection of blowing agent, blowing agent AC in the decomposition process release a lot of heat, easy to lead to the middle of the section yellow, which requires a certain amount of white blowing agent, decomposition plays the role of absorbing excess heat energy, requires the number of blowing agent to be large, in order to achieve uniform foaming without large bubble holes.

Regulator: foaming regulator, through years of research and development and improvement, the process technology of foaming regulator ACR is becoming more and more mature, and the performance quality is becoming more and more stable. According to the thickness of foaming board, the sheet should be plasticized fast, and the thick board should be plasticized slow solution strong foaming regulator.

Lubricants: The selection of lubricants follows the principle of early, middle and late lubrication, so that the materials are protected by lubricants at all stages, and adhere to long-term stable production without fouling.

Foaming auxiliaries: In order to improve foaming quality and foam structure, a small amount of foaming auxiliaries zinc oxide can be added in the production, and a small amount of aluminum silicate can be added in order to reduce precipitation.

Pigments: In order to achieve a more beautiful effect, titanium dioxide and fluorescent whitening agents can be added, and antioxidants and ultraviolet absorbers can be added to improve weather resistance.

Filler: The selection of light calcium carbonate can be, without the use of active calcium, the selection of high mesh number.
