Qilu Petrochemical 250,000 tons/year polypropylene joint venture project is located in the south of Qilong naphthalene production plant, east of Jinene Road and north of Ethylene South Road, Qilu Chemical Industrial Zone, Zibo City, Shandong Province, using ST 3rd generation + circular pipe polypropylene technology.
The project total investment 948.9 million yuan, including environmental protection investment 46.73 million yuan, will build 250000 tons/year polypropylene device, complex building, packaging and finished product warehouses, variable transformer room, ground flare, chemical library, etc., the corresponding utility and auxiliary facilities, some auxiliary facilities and utility based on the existing facilities in qilu petrochemical corporation, old, expansion, reconstruction, Water resources supply, sewage treatment, steam and other public works rely on Qilu branch related facilities; 233 sets (sets) of equipment such as annular pipe reactor, gas phase reactor and extrusion granulator; After completion of the project annual output of 250,000 tons of polypropylene.
The planning and construction period of the project is 24 months, and the annual construction time is 8000 hours.
