High Performance PVC Synthetic Leather Raw Material - Polyvinyl chloride resin S-800 – Junhai Detail:

S-800 PVC resin  is produced by industrial suspension method and belongs to an amorphous polymer. Compared with other general purpose plastics, PVC has the characteristics of flame retardant and self-extinguishing, excellent chemical resistance, electrical insulation, chemical stability and thermoplastic, insoluble in water, alcohol, gasoline, ether, ketone and aromatic hydrocarbon swelling or dissolution. Appearance is white amorphous powder. Products should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse.

Grade S-800 is mainly used to produce transparent flakes, and can be pressed to hard or semi-hard slice or sheet for package, floor material, hard film for lining (for candy wrapping paper or cigarette packing film), etc. It can also be extruded to hard or semi-hard slice or sheet for package, sheet, or irregularly shaped bar. Or it can be injected to make joints, valves, electric parts, auto accessories and vessels
